Villa Norma, Xàbia.

Project in Jávea (Alicante), specifically in Villa Norma. This is a luxury villa on the Costa Blanca, designed and managed by David Esteve.

In this project, we were responsible for the three main pillars of the house’s sun protection system, covering the terrace and garden:

– Installation of a cassette awning with extendable arms and a black lacquered frame, a Somfy motor, and wind sensor accessories.
– Fixed pergola with a black lacquered roof.
– Sunclip: Fixed structural sun protection over the windows to achieve the desired shading effect with a more aerodynamic design.

Thanks to the chosen models and materials, the results are perfect for the interior design of the house and the surrounding area, thus integrating it into the decor.
